Pet Photo Contest Rules 2023
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to the public. No purchase necessary. Must be 18 years or older to enter. Sponsor (Foothills Bank) has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. This contest is not open to Foothills Bank employees or their immediate family members.CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest Submission Period begins on Friday, July 21, at 11 a.m. MST and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, August 13. (“Submission Period”). All entries (“Submissions”) must be received by 11:59 p.m. MST on Sunday, August 13, 2023.An Internal Voting Period will be held from Tuesday, August 15 through Thursday, August 17 to determine the five finalists.
Public voting to determine the winner will be held on Foothills Bank’s Facebook page. Votes will be accepted on the finalist voting post from 10 a.m. MST on Friday, August 18 through 11:59 p.m. MST on Sunday, August 27. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion. The submission with the most votes at 11:59 p.m. will win the prize. The winner will be announced on Foothills Bank’s Facebook page before 11:59 p.m. MST on Thursday, August 31, 2023.
HOW TO ENTER
Method of entry into the Contest: Online entries only through contest announcement posts on Foothills Bank’s Facebook page. Entrants must submit a photo of their pet to participate in the contest. Submissions must not contain offensive material. Photos cannot contain children, spouses or be of any relation to the employee. Submissions and photos must be original content from the entrant. Foothills Bank is not responsible for copyright infringement.PHOTO RELEASE
By submitting my photo, I agree that Foothills Bank may use my photo as publicity on their Facebook page and for any marketing materials promoting this campaign. By submitting in this Contest, I verify that I have taken the photo I submit, and it is not copied from anyone else. By submitting this story and/or photo, I also agree that I have permission to enter this photo from each person (or their legal guardian) featured in the image.Entrants are responsible for all content they upload; content will not contain imagery that might be threatening, violent, pornographic, etc. Foothills Bank reserves the right to delete any photographs that do not follow these Contest Rules.
WINNER SELECTION
An Internal Voting Period will be held from Tuesday, August 15 through Thursday, August 17 to determine the five finalists.

Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her Facebook account for prize notification and any other communications related to this Contest. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within ten days–or does not have a valid email to receive the prize–that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.
PRIZE
The winner, as voted on by the public, will win an electronic $200 Chewy® gift card delivered via email.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Contests cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE.
